Which angle do you mean? Try increasing the pitch. Parameter explanations:
Diameter: The major diameter of the thread (ie. 12 for an M12 screw etc)
Pitch: The pitch of the thread (defined in millimeters)
Segments: The number of subdivisions to use for the cylinder and thread
Rotations: The number of rotations of the thread (This value determines the height of the thread using the pitch)
Tip Scale: The scale at the top/bottom-most segment of the thread
Tip Segments: The number of segments to use in the transition from a tip
Thread Scale: The width of the scale as seen from the plane of the thread axis (Can be used to achieve a better fit when 3d printing)

It is the distance between 2 consecutive thread "rails". The tip scale and segment number is optional, it's just there to fade out the screw at the ends of the cylinder. Thread scale lets you change the "fatness" of the threads but just leave it at 1. Change it to 0.5 and see the results for yourself. It was too long since I looked at this, but according to the wikipedia article I linked to it should be: (5/8)*H=(5/8)*(sqrt(3)/2)*Pitch
So for a pitch of 2mm the distance should be: (5/8)*(sqrt(3)/2)*2=1.08mm
Gustav, how do you determine the depth of the thread? I am trying to make a threaded cap for water bottle. when I use your tool it creates the thread but it extends out about 3mm from the shaft. I can't seem to change this. Diameter is 27mm, pitch is 2.5. I can send you a photo if you like, but this comment section doesn't allow for that. How can I get it to you?
With pitch 2.5mm the thread should extend 2.5*5*sqrt(3)/16=1.35 mm from the shaft (with total diamter 27mm). This is the case for version 1.0.4. I don't know how you can access this version though. I have clicked "Publish version" but it says that there are no ratings on it and I can't see which version is used under the Community scripts panel.

Anyone got an idea how to get this to do M12 thread holes? Seems like you definitely need to oversize the diameter when dealing with the female threads. Is there a good number to multiply by to get female thread size to use existing screws/threaded objects?
